GSG Offers New Smake EPS Jump Hooping Placement System

Bring your embroidery business into the 21st century with the new patented Smake® Jump EPS, offered by GSG of Dallas, TX. It allows for easy, fast positioning and registration of designs on apparel when using an embroidery machine or digital direct-to-garment printer.

With the Easy Positioning System, which consists of software and a framing device, an operator can speed up the hooping process. For embroidery machines, this unit has been specifically designed to work with Mighty Hoop™ frames. The shirt is loaded onto the hooping board and the operator scans the bar code, which automatically loads the design.

Using a touch screen interface, the logo to be embroidered is projected onto the shirt allowing it to be perfectly positioned. A laser light grid system also is projected making it easy to be precise. After the garment is hooped, it is sent to the embroidery department.

The Smake Jump EPS hooping device has a stable, low-vibration frame work. The hooping board has Y2Z ball-bearing sliding tracks that make it easy to position it where needed. The hooping device is on wheels and can be moved to anywhere in the shop.  MORE INFO
