Woven patches, offered by World Emblem, are an ideal way to capture a highly detailed design in an array of colors while standing up to a lot of abrasion and abuse.
They are washable and retain their color vibrancy longer than a printed patch. In comparison, they also are more affordable than other types of emblems.
Completely smooth to the touch, a woven patch allows for color gradients, not possible with embroidery and offers 100% coverage. They are ideal for designs that are photorealistic, such as human faces and landscapes, and you can achieve cleaner and smaller-size lettering than embroidered.
They come in two options: a low-melt heat seal adhesive for applying to any type of apparel or accessories such as caps, beanies and backpacks. Or choose the pressure-sensitive version, which is used for application to hard goods such as coolers, beverage containers, portfolios, and other products made of wood, plastic or metal.
Two types of borders are available: Merrow or overlock border. You can choose up to 66 thread colors including four metallics. You must choose a minimum of two colors and as many as 12. Patch sizes can range from a minimum of 1.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches high to as large as 7.48 inches wide by 7.48 inches high.
