The new Tajima TMBU-SC embroidery machine available from Hirsch Solutions of Huntersville, NC, opens the door to expanded opportunities embroidering golf bags and other large products, as well as a range of typical offerings. Specifically designed to accommodate bulky items, the TMBU-SC features a wider, deeper space underneath for stowing portions of the product not being decorated, providing added size and shape flexibility.

Straps attached to the machine’s cylindrical, tubular arms assist in securing the item for embroidery, while allowing free motion. A pedal-adjustable work table provides additional support during sewing and takes weight off the hooping area. Simply load the product, strap it in place, position the area to be sewn in the frame, hoop and sew.

Laser alignment lights directly above the product enable accurate material positioning. A digitally controlled presser foot allows for height adjustment on the operation panel to eliminate fabric fluttering, reduce thread breakage and improve quality.
