The Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI), the premier technology, events, marketing and information provider in the $26.1 billion promotional products industry, today announced key details for its 2025 ASI Fort Worth show, maximizing the trade show experience to enhance connections and opportunities for suppliers, distributors and decorators.
Taking place at the Fort Worth Convention Center in historic downtown, the event offers new show floor hours to maximize product sourcing and networking. As always, ASI Fort Worth features numerous Counselor Top 40 suppliers, providing invaluable access to the industry’s leading brands. The show’s timing will prepare distributors for greater success in the second quarter and second half of the selling year.

Monday March 31, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Full day of inspiration, product sourcing and a big celebration.
- Empowering keynote by marketing executive and quadriplegic race car driver Torsten Gross, 8:30-9:45 a.m., followed by a meet-and-greet from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., with a chance to check out his Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport on the show floor. Free.
- Exhibit Hall open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. with education Power Sessions.
- Closing Celebration, 4-4:30 p.m., with prizes, wine, beer, drinks and snacks. Free.
