Sprite Wood, Director of Marketing for Condé Systems, recently served as guest instructor at Denton Magnet School of Technology, where she taught the process of sublimation to Level 2 and 3 Graphic Arts Students.
During the fun and informative class, the art students learned how to design and produce sublimated keychains, car coasters, car tags, mousepads, and t-shirts. Soon, the students plan to start selling sublimated products as a fundraising opportunity for the school.
“Art students are the future of sublimation and I feel that it is incredibly important for us to introduce them to this exciting decorating technology at an early age. It’s also important that we do everything we can to support art education in schools and make sure kids have the resources and knowledge they need to succeed. I had a wonderful time and I’m looking forward to returning to Denton Magnet School to teach soon,” said Sprite Wood.
