Conde Systems has been sold. With the announcement of the retirement of David Gross, founder of Conde Systems, the business rights have been sold to David McLean of Jacksonville, FL. The deal includes exclusive rights to the intellectual property of the Conde brand, toll-free number, and social media accounts.

David Gross founded Conde in 1992 and quickly became the best sublimation solutions company in the USA with unparalleled support and product selection. According to David, “My goal was to help our clients succeed and grow their business. We did this through our legendary sales and support staff, our videos, and of course, our amazing breadth of product. We look forward to helping David McLean grow to be the next generation of Conde.”

David McLean founded TrophyKIts.com in 2008, a retail trophy and awards e-commerce company based in Jacksonville, FL. TrophyKits.com grew to become one of the largest retailers of recognition products i the US. According to David McLean, “We are excited to carry on the Conde brand. With the commitment from David Gross to guide us through the process, we will work hard to uphold Conde traditions and offer the products customers have grown to love.”

We do not have an exact date for reopening, but we are working hard to do this in weeks, not months. Our hope is 3 to 5 weeks. We are simultaneously working on the transfer of ownership, connecting with suppliers, receiving inventory, adding staff, Website development and more.

We are speaking to the former staff, but many have moved on to other positions. We will have the support of David Gross, and we expect to continue speaking to former staff.

The business will be located in Jacksonville, and most orders will ship from there.
