The latest innovation from InkSoft is a feature to help you get paid faster and make online payments simple for your print shop and customer. Called Request Payment, this function allows clients to make secure online
payments from any device whenever it is convenient.
Available in Orders, the request payment button is viewable anytime there is a remaining balance on a job. By clicking the button, multiple email addresses can be added to the request payment email. You also can enter a personalized message and call to action. Finally, you can opt to receive a confirmation email once the customer pays.
By clicking “send,” an email with a secure online payment link is sent to your customer and copied to any cc’d email addresses.
