Insight Lab is Brother DTG’s new printer management software for GTX and GTXpro digital direct-to-garment printers. It gives users the ability to manage multiple machines
through a comprehensive display that shows everything you need to know about their status and ink levels.
The program monitors the ink inside the printer’s pouches. When the ink reaches a predefined level set by the user, the software sends an email informing which pouch is low. At the click of a link, a new ink pouch is added to your shopping cart in the Brother Partner Portal. Then, if you want to order, you click to confirm, if you want to wait, you have the reminder that you are low.
You can now skip the daily chore of checking ink levels knowing that you will be automatically notified and reorder in plenty of time to avoid machine downtime.
