Print designs that wrap around the front and back of a shirt with the Brother DTG T-Lock Wraparound Insert. The insert’s U shape allows a shirt to be loaded with the side seam centered on the platen. The sleeve can be
pulled inside, enabling the print head to come down on part of the shirt front and back without striking it.
Offering a maximum print area of 14.25 inches by 16.25 inches (non-rectangular), the insert is designed for printing adult small to 2XL sizes (no youth garments). As with all T-Lock platen inserts, a template is included for designing artwork. A layered PSD contains all the templates and individual PNG files are provided.
Shirts can be loaded to a maximum height of where the top of the U-shape cutout comes to the sleeve bottom, allowing the sleeve to be tucked inside the shirt without causing a head strike. However, a shirt can be loaded lower to achieve the desired image placement.
