Counselor® magazine today releasedits annual top 10 lists of the fastest-growing suppliers and distributors in the $24.7 billion promotional products industry, including number-one performers iClick and Proforma

The award-winning Counselor magazine, considered the voice of the promo industry, is published by the Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI). The fastest-growing companies are measured by sales increases between 2016 and 2018.

Counselor’s number-one fastest-growing distributor of the year is Proforma Complete Branding Solutions (asi/300094). Since joining Proforma in 2016, the Eagle, ID-based distributorship has grown over 744%. Owner Brian Wiedenmann attributes the firm’s growth to his strategy of prospecting large clients.
The year’s fastest-growing supplier, iClick (asi/62124), enjoyed revenue growth of nearly 241% between 2016 and 2018 and is ranked number 21 on Counselor’s annual Top 40 list of the largest suppliers in the industry. Jeff Hall is iClick’s president and CEO. The supplier cornered the phone grip market and is the exclusive provider of PopSockets products to the promo market.
Topping the list of fastest-growing Canadian distributors and suppliers is Humboldt, SK-based Spotlight Sport & Corporate Wear (asi/332753). The distributor reported 296% growth between 2016 and 2018. Company president Mike Yager and his wife Shannon offer custom apparel, embroidery, digital printing, screen printing and promotional products to the Prairie Provinces.
