It also allows you to request art approvals and for clients to pay online. Once a proposal is accepted, it moves to the Order Manager.
The second area is Purchasing. Manage everything you need in one place; see what you have on hand, what you’ve received, and what’s still not in the shop. It includes links to suppliers who can be organized by vendor or job. You also can create purchase orders to assist with tracking.
The third area is Production. These tools allow you to manage the production process from beginning to end. You can create custom workflows to match the way you work in your shop, and assign the tasks necessary for each order. Measure productivity and ensure each team is being efficient and on task.
You also can organize order information so you can see it all in one place, and mark orders as complete once they have moved through the system. In short, your team always knows exactly what needs to happen to get a job done the right way.
