Save time and money by upgrading your screen reclaiming department from using costly individual containers for your cleaning chemicals to the Ryonet Sgreen Distribution System. This unit is recommended for shops doing 50 screens a day or using at least 5 gallons a week.
This new system can be used with up to four pumps to dispense a degreaser, an ink remover, a screen opener and an emulsion remover. No caustic chemicals should be used.
Instead of having to mix chemicals with water and refill spray bottles, reclaiming agents are stored in plastic containers that are each outfitted with a pump, chemical line, quick fastener and spray gun. There also is a threaded probe to keep the tubing from curling up in the container; however, this does not have to be threaded into the drum.
The system can be used with containers that are 5 gallons, 30 gallons and 55 gallons. Drums are not provided, but natural plastic is recommended because it is possible to see liquid levels. They are made of corrosion-free, dent-resistant polyethylene and have a quick-lock lid. There are two openings in the lid for pouring and venting. Metal drums cannot be used due to the chemicals causing corrosion.
With the use of an air compressor, the cleaner is pumped through the line to the spray gun dispensing the amount needed. A handy wall mount keeps the lines from getting in the way and makes it easy to grab the spray gun as needed.
The dispensing guns have a much wider pattern in comparison to a spray bottle, resulting in faster and more consistent coverage. The operating pressure ranges between 30 and 35 PSI. Two spray guns and two pumps are included with the system. Additional pumps and spray guns can be added to each line’s base depending on how many stations are needed per product.
The footprint needed to install the system equals the space of between two and four 55-gallon drums. While the drums with their pumps can be located anywhere they will fit, the spray guns that are attached to a wall mount need to be close to the washout booth.
Reclaiming cleaners can be purchased ready to use or in concentrated form to which water is added. The ready to use saves time, but the concentrated saves money on shipping. Instead of purchasing a separate air compressor, you can tap off the line used for your automatic press. MORE INFO
